We’re delighted with our coverage in the July edition of All About Horsham magazine (AHH), who’ve made us their ‘business focus’ of the month.

The four page feature article really captures the essence of Blaker. It outlines how we’re driving the business forward by diversifying into the metals recycling equipment market, manufacturing specialist recycling solutions at our premises in Billingshurst, near Horsham, West Sussex.

As well as detailing the history of the company, which dates back to as early as 1886, the article covers how customer behaviour has changed over the years and how we’ve needed to adapt our business model to continue trading profitably.

We’ve been repairing a diverse range of equipment, machinery and plant for more than a century. From repairing components for Hurricane and Spitfire plane engines during the Second World War, to straightening heaving vehicle axles, to more delicate repairs on vintage vehicles, our metalwork skills have been put to the test over the years.
