MagThro customer orders two additional systems, based on impressive performance
We have recently completed the design and construction of two MagThro processing lines for a highly regarded customer. These lines were specifically built to enhance the metal recycling operations of a busy metal processing plant that caters to businesses in the bustling Midlands and East Anglia regions.
Recognising the exceptional performance of our previously purchased MagThro eddy current system, our customer made the strategic decision to further enhance their processing line’s separation efficiency by acquiring two additional systems.
These newly designed and built MagThro processing lines mark a significant milestone in our partnership. Each processing line boasts a width of one metre and is equipped with a comprehensive range of cutting-edge components. These include a feed hopper, a vibrating feeder, a drum magnet with twin splitters, and our powerful and advanced MagThro eddy current separator. Notably, the MagThro system is complemented by a two-stage separator hood, further maximising its separation capabilities.
