Q:How long will it take to open a credit account with Blaker and what information needs to be supplied?
Credit accounts are available for business customers. Subject to the speed of references, the process normally takes around two weeks.
Q:Is Blaker open on Saturdays?
No, we are open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
Q:Is it possible to visit the Blaker site to see the SandFlo processor and MagThro separator in action?

Q:What size materials will the SandFlo and MagThro process?
Both machines rely on the material having been processed through a shredder. The best results are achieved when the material size is regular. For example, material shredded and screened to between 10mm and 30mm will have a much higher success rate than material between 5mm and 50mm.
Q:What colours are the SandFlo and MagThro supplied in?
If you have your own corporate colours, we can paint the SandFlo and MagThro in any standard RAL basic colour within the price. Specialist colours/finishes will involve a small additional cost.

Q:What is a fluidised-bed separator?
An annular (ring-shaped) trough containing sand at its base which becomes fluidised and buoyant after air has been passed through it. Scrap particles enter this fluidised sand and sink according to their density.
Q:How much material will the SandFlo process?
If set up correctly, the SandFlo will process 2 to 2.5 tonnes of material per hour
